My Stories
I started writing stories when I was ten years old after reading books like The Lord of the Rings and The Dark is Rising Sequence. Even then, I had a deep appreciation for world builders and for stories with rich mythological and/or religious symbolism. I was also strongly influenced by movies like The Empire Strikes Back, Blade Runner, The Matrix and the 2004 remake of the TV series Battlestar Galactica. Additionally, I have an odd fascination with ghosts and the horror genre in general and I typically draw on my dreams and nightmares for writing material. All of these things continue to impact my stories, which fall primarily into the science-fiction, fantasy, and horror genres.
My Community
I believe that a story doesn't truly exist until someone other than the author reads it. Until then, it lives only within the mind of the author, in their notebook, or saved on their computer. Without readers, I'm basically just talking to myself! So, I sincerely appreciate each and every person who reads my stories and knowing that there are people out there who have invested their time and money in my work inspires me to work my hardest so as to only put out my best material.
